Do prices include VAT?+
Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT, and nothing is added on top: Starter is SAR 149 and Growth is SAR 249 per branch per month — exactly what you pay.
How is pricing calculated for multiple branches?+
Your first branch is the plan’s full price, and every branch from the 2nd to the 10th is 30% off. Example: Growth for 3 branches = 249 + 174.30 + 174.30 = SAR 597.60/month incl. VAT. At 11+ branches you move to Enterprise with custom pricing.
How much do I save with annual billing?+
Pay for 10 months, get 12 (2 months free, about 17% off): Starter is SAR 1,490 and Growth is SAR 2,490 per branch per year incl. VAT.
How long is the trial?+
14 days free on the full Growth plan, no credit card needed. Try the platform on your real restaurant, then pick the plan that fits. Paid add-ons (such as online ordering and reservations) are not part of the trial unless you request them and we approve.
Does Ali Food support ZATCA?+
Yes, Phase 1 (the generation phase) is live: a simplified tax invoice with QR code is issued automatically with every order, plus credit notes on refunds. Phase 2 (integration with the Fatoora platform) is coming and in development.
Does it work offline?+
Yes — when the internet drops, the POS keeps taking cash orders and stores them on the device, then syncs to the cloud automatically once you're back online.
How do I turn on an add-on?+
Request it from your dashboard (with the number of branches or brands) and our team reviews and activates it. The price is monthly and VAT-inclusive, published on the pricing page, and annual billing = 10 months. Some add-ons (inventory, advanced reports, accounting link) are included in Growth at no charge.
What happens if I go over an add-on's monthly quota?+
Online ordering and reservations have a soft limit: we never block your guests, we just let you know so you can add a top-up. The AI assistant has a hard limit: once the month's questions run out it pauses until next month or until you add a top-up. Quotas and top-up prices are on the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, no long-term commitment and no cancellation penalties. Your subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
