1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ali Food, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the restaurant) and Ali Food.
2. Subscription & Payment
Monthly subscription is 150 SAR/branch (or 125 annual). Billing is automatic at each cycle start. Non-payment for 7 days results in temporary suspension. No setup fees, no cancellation penalties.
3. Free Trial
14-day full free trial, no restrictions. No credit card required. Auto-expires without converting to paid unless you choose to.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Service continues until end of paid cycle. You can export all your data before canceling.
5. Intellectual Property
The Ali Food platform, logo, reports, and code are exclusively owned by Ali Food. You may not copy or resell the platform. Data you input remains your property.
6. Acceptable Use
Use the platform to manage your restaurant only. No illegal activity, no sharing the account with third parties without written permission.
7. Liability
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% error-free, but we guarantee 99.9% uptime. Our maximum liability is limited to 12 months of your subscription value.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved by the competent courts of Riyadh.
