1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ali Food, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the restaurant) and قصة F&B, operator of the Ali Food platform (CR 7054007310).
2. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees follow the plan you choose, as shown on the pricing page: Starter at SAR 149 and Growth at SAR 249 per branch per month. Prices include VAT; no VAT is added on top. The first branch is full price, every branch from the 2nd to the 10th is 30% off, and 11+ branches move to Enterprise, priced by agreement. With annual billing you pay for 10 months to get 12 (SAR 1,490 for Starter and SAR 2,490 for Growth per branch per year, VAT included). A subscription invoice is issued periodically and paid via the agreed payment method. Non-payment for 7 days results in temporary suspension. No setup fees, no cancellation penalties.
3. Free Trial
14-day free trial of the Growth plan with all its features, no credit card required. Paid add-ons (such as online ordering, reservations, loyalty, the AI assistant, multi-brand, and HR & payroll) are not included in the trial unless you request them and the platform approves. The trial ends automatically and never converts to paid unless you choose to.
4. Add-ons
Add-ons are optional services on top of your plan. You request an add-on from the dashboard and it is activated once the platform approves it. Its price is monthly and VAT-inclusive, as published on the pricing page at the time of the request, charged per branch, per extra brand (multi-brand) or per active employee (HR & payroll); annual billing is 10 months. Some add-ons (inventory & recipes, advanced reports, accounting link) are included in Growth at no charge. Some add-ons have a monthly quota per business that resets at the start of each calendar month (Riyadh time): Reservations: 300 per month (soft limit); top-up +300 for SAR 19; AI assistant: 200 per month (hard limit); top-up +100 for SAR 19; Online ordering: 500 per month (soft limit); top-up +500 for SAR 29. A soft limit never stops serving your guests — we let you know so you can add a top-up; a hard limit pauses the service until next month or until a top-up is added. Top-ups are valid for the month they are added. You can ask to cancel any add-on at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Service continues until end of paid cycle. You can export your core data (orders, products, reports) as CSV before canceling.
6. Intellectual Property
The Ali Food platform, logo, reports, and code are exclusively owned by قصة F&B. You may not copy or resell the platform. Data you input remains your property.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the platform to manage your restaurant only. No illegal activity, no sharing the account with third parties without written permission.
8. Liability
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% error-free, but we make every effort to keep the service available around the clock and will notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance. Our maximum liability is limited to 12 months of your subscription value.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved by the competent courts of Riyadh.
